The Practice

Evaluation of individuals seeking or maintaining FAA medical certificates ranging in age from 16 to the elderly.  

Aeromedical neuropsychology services are available (HIMS Trained). Evaluations for FAA medical certification can be performed to assist you in obtaining/retaining your medical certificate (Class 1 - Class 3).  Evaluations for individuals who are part of a HIMS protocol, SSRI protocol, HIV+ protocol, ADHD protocol, TBI protocol, and Psychological protocol are available, Call for details. 

Fees

All services are billed by the protocol. If additional testing needs to be done in addition to or in place of, a standard FAA evaluation protocol, fees are based on a by-the-hour basis unless other arrangements are made at the time the appointment is made. For the current fee structure, please feel free to call the office.
